We do not buy, rent or exchange phone numbers, and we do not add a number to the program without the consent of the person it belongs to. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Opt-Out

Message Frequency and Rates

Message frequency may vary — we text you about the project or inquiry you contacted us about, so how many messages you receive depends on the work. Message and data rates may apply; what your carrier charges for a text message is between you and your carrier, and we do not charge you for the program. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Supported Carriers and Devices

Text messages are delivered by the mobile carriers and we do not control their networks. We cannot guarantee that every message is delivered, or delivered promptly, and a message may not reach a number that has been disconnected, reassigned or is out of coverage. If you change your mobile number, please tell us.

Privacy

Your information is used only for the purposes described when you gave it to us and in our Privacy Policy. Mobile information and messaging consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Who These Terms Apply To

These terms apply to everyone who uses this website, asks us for an estimate, or receives text messages from us. They are between you and Home Improvements USA, Inc., the company that operates this website. If you are agreeing to them on behalf of someone else — a property owner, a landlord or an association — you confirm that you are authorized to do so. You must be the owner or an authorized user of the phone number you give us, and at least 18 years old to opt in to text messages.

These terms cover this website and our messaging program. They are not the contract for any work we carry out: the work itself is governed by the written agreement you sign for it, which prevails over anything on this page.

The information on this website — including service descriptions, photographs of completed work, and any figure an on-site tool produces — is provided for general information. It is not a quotation and not an offer of a contract. Any price, scope or timeframe becomes binding only in a written agreement we both sign, and only after we have looked at the property.

Photographs of completed projects show our own work and are not a representation that your project will look the same or cost the same. We keep this website accurate and up to date as far as we reasonably can, but we do not promise that everything on it is free of error or current at the moment you read it.

Limitation of Liability

This website is provided as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, Home Improvements USA, Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising out of your use of this website, out of any information on it, or out of a text message that is delayed or not delivered. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing in them affects your rights under the written agreement for any work we carry out for you.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of this website or our messaging program belongs to the state or federal courts sitting in Illinois, and you and we each agree to that venue.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always the one on this page, and the Last Updated date at the top of it tells you when it last changed. If we change the SMS messaging terms in a way that affects you, we will tell you before the change applies to your messages.
