Installer training is important to ensure proper installation standards. Not all training programs are equal. A training facility with practical application is the only way to properly train installers. A company who is interested in maintaining their reputation for the long run should provide a hands on training facility. Training facilities should prepare an installer for the wide array of roof types and situations that they will face in the field. Be sure to ask any contractor who works on your home if they have a training facility available for their installers.
