Only company certified installers will work on our client’s home.

 

•

All Trucks must be clean at all times.

 

•

Installers must be neat and in company attire.

 

•

Installers must show up to the jobsite on time and with all materials needed to complete the job.

 

•

Installer must call in at time of arrival to the office and call in at the end of the day.

 

•

Installers must provide job status update at the end of the day.

 

•

Any issues or problems need to be communicated immediately to the Production Supervisor.

 

•

Any damage done to a client’s home must be reported immediately to the Production Supervisor.

 

•

Installers must present a professional appearance. No swearing or arguing on the jobsite. Loud music is not permitted.

 

•

Installers must perform the installation as required by the company. Shortcuts may not be taken.

 

•

Installers must complete a thorough clean-up at days end before leaving the jobsite.

 

•

Installers must inspect their work at the completion of the job.

 

•

All work will be inspected by the Production Manager to ensure that the work has been performed within the company specifications.

 

•

Any issues with a recently completed job will be repaired immediately by the crew or that crew will be responsible for paying for the company service crew to fix the work.
